We Are

Hello! We are Katy and Katie, the founders of Board This Flight. We worked together in hospitality, frequently creating, dreaming up, and assembling charcuterie spreads. This was a time for us to do something we genuinely enjoyed, giggling the hours away as we did so.

Katy’s husband, a corporate pilot, was often stocking private jets with mundane items, which sparked an idea in our minds: What if we brought passengers a delicious and diverse culinary experience to elevate their already luxurious journey?

That’s how Board This Flight was born—and the rest is history!
